A. Obtain a 4.0 Megapixel or better camera. Please set your camera to the smallest picture size setting (approximately 800 X 600) and the quality level to "medium."
B. Using good light and different angles that show contours, inner damage and paint condition, take between 4 and 8 pictures of the damage. The combined pictures should not exceed 8mb.
C. Attach the pictures using email address listed above and press the send button. Be patient as your pictures are uploaded (sent) to our servers.
D. We will get back to you within 4 business hours.
